(urgent) Set O form Tier 1 Entrepreneur

Dear gurus,
I am all set to apply for ILR tomorrow. thank you very much all specially Zimba88, SniperV and CR01 for your input into my queries.
I am just going through the form one final time before submitting, got confused on page 78 of set o form. Can experts (specially Zimba) please help.
It says as : 12F Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant
"If you are applying for indefinite leave to remain on completing five years’ continuous stay in
the UK made up of leave as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant and leave as a businessperson or
innovator, in addition to the relevant documents in 12A, you must provide the following:
>>> Evidence specified in section 9B of this form.
>>>For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant, documents
showing that you met the relevant requirements of the Immigration Rules."
as per my understanding, I will only tick in front of ">>> Evidence specified in section 9B of this form."
please advise am I correct.
or
do I need to tick in front of the second option (>>>For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant, documents
showing that you met the relevant requirements of the Immigration Rules.")too?
If yes, then what documents I need to submit for this, Please help
