Hello dear members,
i have applied T1 ext on 25th march 2017 fees deducted 3rd April 2017.
my question is about 10 long residency my psw was expired on 2nd sep 2013 and applied 2nd sep 2013 as tier 4 student visa online application submitted i never submitted any supporting documents and submitted Tier 1 entrepreneur on 16 oct 2013.
received a letter from ukba on 1st November 2013 asking me which application i want to proceed and i replied in written i want to proceed with T1 application and withdrawn my tier 4 application and i got my visa on 27th march 2017 of Tier 1 entrepreneur.
now my question is that i came in this country in june 2007 i am planing to apply 10 years long residency i requested SAR and i found in (minute/case notes) Invalid application,no docs submitted date:29 oct 2013.and
case information database: all visa granted Tier4 withdrawn application. plz zimba88 could you tell me about that i am eligible or not? thnks

It is quite important to determine if the Tier 4 visa was rejected as invalid or considered valid but withdrawn which you varied to Tier 1E.
If it was considered invalid, then you were overstaying since the date of your PSW expiry until your Tier 1E visa was granted. It that case your continuous period is broken (as ruled by the supreme court)

It was not rejected outcome was withdrawn and I have the letter
they ask me which one I want want to pursue and then withdraw my tier4 application.
CID clearly showing all other visa outcome granted and that one withdrawn

In that case, your 10 year continuous stay is intact for ILR

Actually I was worried about T4 visa applied online but never posted and I was not refused because never posted documents just online aplication from 2nd September 2013 and varied on 21 oct 2013 Tier1 entrepreneur it will be not a issue?

I do not know what it means that you applied online
You claimed above that your application was accepted and then withdrawn by you. If your application was accepted then withdrawn and varied to Tier 1E, your 10 year is intact, otherwise you have a gap.

Online mean now if we apply for t4 student visa have fill and submit online and fees paid same time but all other documents need to send by post

If it was not returned as invalid, then you should be fine

OK thanks for your reply Zimba it was not returned as invalid varied and successfuly I got t1e visa before I never know about 3c bla bla so just worried thanks for your reply
Now I am waiting for bio matric letter for T1 enterprenure still never heard anything from HO it gonna be nearly a month
22nd may 2017 I am planning varied to ilr aplication can i do that and how I prove them I lost my 1st passport and no have tickets when I came in country what I got copy of first visa issued and I requested SAR 10 year history from home office and I got landing card copy when I landed in uk can i send as proof? For ILR LR if you have a missing passport, you are required to submit a selection of documents covering the entire period the lost passport was still with you for up to the date of your new passport. This is things like bank statements, NHS letters, HMRC letters, Tenancy agreements etc. Read the form, it gives you a list of examples HO expect to see to cover a period relating to a lost passport.

I am going to vary my Tier1 entrepreneur aplication to 10 year ilr LR 22 may 2017 what application should submit for my wife she is my dependent and her T1 enterprenure dependent aplication is in HO?
She has fulfil all requirements for spouse visa.

She should vary to FLR(M) if she meets the English A2 requirement and the financial requirement.

FLRM fees is £993?

It is the same price. FLR(FP) partner route is ONLY a 10 year route, there is no 5 year route option. This is the form to use if she does not meet the financial requirement.

She will also have to pay the £500 immigration health surcharge for either application.

My accountant done mistake in one year accounts and then he amended accounts my T1 enterprenure extension is already applied that will effect me if I vary for Ilr LR?

It is not necessary to 'bump' your post after only 3 hours. Members are likely spending the lovely day with families.

For long residence ILR, all the same checks are done to ensure you have complied with ALL conditions of ALL visas you have held.

OK sorry I thought it's missed anyway is that answer for specifically ammending account?do u think it would be against my I never save or increase tax?

Accounts amendments should not on their own affect your ILR unless it was done to deceive HO to get extension/ILR.
