10 Years Long Residence Application- Please Help

Hi everyone,
I need urgent help with my forth coming application.
I entered UK in Nov 3rd 2006 on student visa with clean immigration record since then. I was due to apply for indefinite leave under long residence since Oct. 2016. But there are two issues of concern:
1. There was court speeding conviction (captured through traffic camera) in November 2015 (actual offence was in April 2015).
2. Though current visa is tier 1 entrepreneur since 2014 July, work had been carried out since as PAYEE as company is not trading and never registered for self assessment.
I've got a dependent wife and two children (both under 5yrs and born in UK with visa)
I plan to apply this April using the premium service.
Please I need help on dealing with the two issues. Any useful advise is really appreciated.
