Dear Tee,

When Appeal exhausted your 3C Ends start from date of decision so by Law you are not eligible for 10 year's long Residency your time is reset now you can apply FLR FP on 10 year basis but its up to Home office if they grant or not but my prays with you IN SHA ALLAH you will be fine speak with good legal adviser.

You can apply new passport in Pakistan Embassy if you have appeals papers that's how i got it.

Good Luck!

Kind Regards,

Nauman

You cannot avoid the Tier 1G tax/income issues by applying under SET(LR). If your you are accused of getting Tier 1G through deception, then your 10 year ILR WILL be refused on the same grounds as the 10 year must be spent lawfully in the UK.
