DISCRETIONARY LEAVE TO ILR AFTER 6 YEAR

Please need help, I was granted Discretionary Leave To Remain in 28/07/2011 and renewed 03/09/2014 to be Expired on 03/09/2017 my 2 kids and wife are British Citizen, My questions are
1, When is the best time for me to apply for ILR
2, What document do i need to provide
3, Do i need English Language test and Life in UK test

I am not working at the moment would that affect my application and i am registered disable, Please can someone respond to me please if possible provide me a solicitor who can help

2, What document do i need to provide Suggest read the Set(O) form and guidance notes.

3, Do i need English Language test and Life in UK test No, I don't believe so. You will however need both for citizenship.
