I have an urgent query about ILR application and it's to do with the employmnet gap.

I worked for a company in London from 04/04/2013 till 09/01/2015. According to my P45 the leaving date is mentioned as 31/01/2015
My new employer applied for my new Tier 2 visa on 12/03/2015 and it was a premium service so got it approved the same day.

I am aware about the 60 day rule, if I calculate from 09 -01-2015 to 12-03-2015 it is coming upto 62 days but if I go with p45 then I am in safe hands

For ILR application what date does the case worker looks for the Date on which I left the employer or the date mentioned in the P45.

This is urgent as I am applying for ILR in few weeks time. please Help please

Depends what your employer reported to the HO. I suggest to send P45 with your ILR application as the date on P45 is technically the date of employment termination.
