Hi may I please request some information on 10 year route ILR please?
I entered UK in September 2010 on Tier 4.
Switched to PSW in 2012
Got tier 2 in 2014.
I am on Tier 2 visa and there are no gaps in my visas - I haven`t left UK.
I am afraid that I am not able to meet 35000 salary threshold for 5 year route on Tier 2 visa when applying for ILR.
Could you please kindly tell me- if I switch to dependant visa on my wife's visa (when she enrol as a student or a tier 2 if she get any) and complete my 10 years on stay in September 2020- being dependant in last few years is acceptable or not ? What could be my potential options?
Many thanks

Topic moved to the ILR sub forum (here).

All visa categories count towards ILR long residence provided you meet all the requirements and have no gaps and meet the absence limit requirement.
