Hi Guys

I need some advise about my case if anyone help me.
I got my entrepreneur visa may 2014 and we were entrepreneur team. we applied our visa before 6 april
2014.

Along my visa company ( management consultancy) , I opened a new security company in 2014.
later on I registered it with SIA for a ACS License and ISO 9001 as well. I created 9 different jobs existed for 12 months with more than 10 settled workers including EEU, Indefinite visa holder and British employees in Security Company.
And I am the only director of this company.

And Also me and my visa partner run our visa company properly . We created two jobs with 2 settled workers existed for 12 months. we have two offices in same building.

So can I apply for ILR 3 years accelerated route with 9 jobs in security company and 2 jobs in visa company.
I know my partner can't apply because he is not a director of a security company. he is happy for his extension. And Can I claim same 2 Jobs for my ILR which my partner will use for extension. ???

If you created at least 10 full time jobs/position for at least 10 settled employees for min of 12 months, you can apply for accelerated ILR.
Based on the rules, your team member is allowed to use the same job creation evidence to apply for extension in a company he shares directorship with you.

I have more than 10 settled workers to fulfil 10 jobs.
So its meant I can apply for ILR
