Hi all, I need a bit of guidance on P60s for ILR application. Im on Tier 2 general and don't have my P60s.I was advised to get a letter from HMRC requesting details of my pay in tax. My question is do I need it for just past 5 years or for all the time Ive been in UK? Ive been with my current employer for the past 5 years. Please advise.

Why don't you request P60 copies from your current employer?
It should be easy since you have been with your current employer for all your 5 years.

Emplyoment history can also be used in case you have lost\misplaced your P60's.
I have been told that you cant get it if you are requesting for more than 3 years old. Even HMRC does not keep details beyond that I think. Best would be to call and check.

Thanks all.I've requested my employer. Apparently you can also request from HMRC from their archive division. Ive just found that out today. Thanks all for your help.Regards, Mandeep
