5 Year Refugee applying for ILR with UK born child

Hi Guys,
We are applying for ILR we have child who was born in London, shall we apply for him as well?
Secondly form required the passport to endorse the ILR, whereas he don’t have passport. Do we need to get his passport as well first and then apply?

Your quick response will be really helpful

Do you intend to register the child as British if you are granted ILR?

Defiantly, as he is born here and will be registered as British :?

Then ILR is not required for the child

So I shall not include him in my ILR application whereas it say in the form to include all who born here :?

"Section 3 must be completed in full in all cases where you have family living with you in the UK.
Dependants for the purpose of this application include:
• Any spouse, civil partner, same sex partner or child included in your original grant of leave who was granted leave at the same time that you were, including those children now over 18.
• Any spouse, civil partner, same sex partner or child granted leave to enter or remain under the family reunion policy, including those children now over 18.
• Any child born to you in the UK who is not a British citizen."
