Hi All, hope u all good. Wondering if any one can help , I briefly introduce my case. July 2016 I made ILR application , premium window service. (10years routine) switch from tier 2. In the same day I been told application need further check, till now I still not got any decisions. Try to wrote to ukvi few times they only saying my application is with another department to check , they never ask me any additional information what so ever. It's really stress me out. Now it has been 10month. By the way I was always lawful stay. No gap,no criminal records. No driving licens points taken( I had before but by the time I apply ILR it's already gone). I been told that application is normally 6 month as on guidance . Any one knows what the reason or any solutions? Thanks a lot .

There are lot of people who feel frustrated like you because they have been waiting for months and months. I don't know what the exact reason is but according to the letter I have received from H.O just a week before completing my 6 months saying that due to high volume of applications further time is required to get my application processed. Its so weird some of the same types of application with almost the same circumstances get processed with 3 to 4 months time and some take ages to be decided. why a proper petition should be filed so that H.O could also be held responsible and questioned the way the carried out their duty.

Have you approached your MP to chase the application up with the HO on your behalf?

Thanks mate , this is really down to my heading. Wondering there must be a time frame. Can't wait forever.

Hi there thanks for the advice. I haven't yet. I have solicitors when started application,and he already send 4 letters, last letter respond on 20th April 2017. Saying again it's under check by other department. Also mention don't call and write any more...I'm gonna try to contact after 12 month.
