ILR 10 year route - SA302

Hi Everyone

I need advice regarding my ILR. Below is my 10 - year history.

Student Sep 2006 - Jan 2008
Tier 1 - (PSW) Feb 2008 - Mar 2009
Tier 1 - (General) Mar 2009 - Feb 2012
Tier 1 - (General) Mar 2012 - Feb 2014
Dependent Visa Mar 2013 - Oct 2016

I applied for ILR based on 10-year route in October 2016 and have recently received a letter asking for SA302 form. I have never worked or have registered as self employed or as director of any company. Now I am confused as to why Home Office is asking for SA302. They have also sent a form to be filled which is basically meant for self employed people. I was working until May 2011 (haven't worked since then) and got my Tier 1 extended based on my salary until then.

Can you please advice what documents I should send.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks

Send a covering letter explaining that you never been registered/worked as a self employed or a company director in the UK and never registered for self assessment as all your taxes were paid via PAYE.
