EEA to ILR And now applying for Naturalisation

Good afternoon,
I would really appreciate if someone helps me out with a small technical bit
I was student for 7 years then got married to a Portuguese beauty and became family member of EEA and got visa for 5 years, but after 3 years into marriage my 10 years became completed and i applied for ILR and got it.
i have had ILR for 1.5 years now and am ready to apply for Naturalisation but on application it appears on various occasions that If I'm an EEA family member?
My Question is if I AM STILL A FAMILY MEMBER OF EEA NATIONAL? as i have ILR
we are living happily married together
