applying for ILR on end of July can i get the HR Letter now

Hello all i am applying my ILR application in end of July and i am currently in Tier 2 General Visa, I know i wanted to get HR letter stating they need me in work for future. I would like to know will i be able to get the letter now itself which is 2 months prior to the application date ? or is it to be less than 30 days ? Please help

Hi karams1234, You're eligible to submit ILR Application within 28 days of your visa expiry date and all supporting documents must be dated within one month of submission date.

above information is wrong. U do not have to apply for ilr (or any other visa ) within 28 days of expiry of your visa.
Although it doesnt explicitly say that the letter should not be dated more than a month old (like bank statements do), it should be the case to keep the case simple

Your HR letter must be recent and cover all your absences from work.

Hi karams1234,
Why do you want to get so early? Any particular reason. It is always better to have the documents dated less than 30 days when you apply.
