Amending an existing Tier 1 General application

Dear moderators and senior members.
I first came to UK in September 2007 studies. After completing my studies I switched to PSW and then completed Tier 1 General 5 years in Agust 2016 and I applied for ILR under for 5 years route and application is now pending.
Now I have only 3 months to complete 10 years (don’t have any absence from UK more than 28 days and have clear and up-to-date Tax history).
In this application I have shown small amount of (5k) overseas self-employment income and remaining with my uk employment. But now got year-end bonus to cover my whole income with my Uk employment. My questions are;
Is there any way for me to submit a new application (by post or premium) for the same tire 1 with amendments of earnings/ varying the same application. ?
Does my earning (12 month) need to be immediate 15 months prior to submission of 1st application?
