Dear All,
I am due to extend my visa in August 2017, was wondering if I will be able to apply for ILR? If not, can I apply for FLR (M) ?

The following are my visa details since 2007 until date;

Type of visa time period
1) visa to join spouse/cp from 6-3-2007 to 30-9-2008
2) visa tier1(general)partner from 5-12-208 to 16-9-2-2011
3) 3)visa tier1 (general)partner from 6-3-2012 to 16-9-2013
4) visa C- family visit from 25-9-2013 to 25-9-2-15
5) visa spouse/cp from 18-11-2014 to 18-8-2017

Since 2007, I have been visiting UK on & off but snce Jan 13 th 2015 , I have been a UK resident and have started working in the NHS since April 2015.

My wife is a British citizen, I was not sure whether I will be able to apply for ILR.
I would be greatful for your valuable advise.

Can you check your dates again...they don't appear to add up.

You will only qualify for ILR once you have completed a 5 year period (2.5 + 2.5 years) of residence in the UK on your current spouse visa.

You'll have to submit a FLR(M) application before your current visa expires in August.
