My Mum' 2nd DLR expires in December 2017....
1. What form will she need when applying
2. Does she need Life in the UK test?
3. Does she need prove "knowledge of English for settling"?
4. When or will she ever be required to have the "Life in the UK test" or "knowledge of English for settling"?
(When she applies for Citizenship)
Thanks in advance. I appreciate your valuable time

Hi there
I am in the same category , i have asked all these questions and and will try to answer according to my understanding
1. FORM SET(0) if not refugee
2. Life in the UK test is not compulsory but will be required for citizenship after ILR
3. English Language test is also not required at this stage but will be required for citizenship
4. yes she will require both when applying for citizenship
Regards
Azhar
