ILR -LONG RESIDENCE-shortage

Hello everyone
I first got my Student visa on Sep 2009.Further applied for PSW got two year visa till March 2013 .
I have then switched to Tier 2 general Visa and now I got tier 2 extended till April 2019.
My total no of year spent will be 9years 6months at end of my Tier 2 visa.
But what is possibility to get ILR under long residence ?

No chance.
Why cant u apply on 5 years of tier 2 route.

No one can tell you what the rules might be like in April 2019 and any advice given based on the current rules might not be relevant then.
Your best bet is to try for a salary increase or change of sponsor instead.

Thanks for your reply .
I am getting £25 Salary now , but if my employer accpet to pay 35K threshold. then how long should I need to show £35K if I apply next year before apply for ILR ?

You need a single payslip when applying for ILR, however salary jumps that big will be questioned and investigated by HO.

Will it be good to maintain atleast for a year after salary increament and then apply for ILR. ?

Yes. Also salary increases must be justified and reported via SMS by your sponsor to home office.

If I get promotion ,then this salary will be justified , but problem if we have to change the SOC code ?
If the SOC code change ,then I have to do Labour market test ?
As I said earlier , I have already extended my Tier 2 visa and I got two year left on this visa .

Yes, if an SOC code update is required, then a new RLMT should be done by your sponsor.
