Hello,

Me abd my wife both have ILR (5year Tier2 route) and now applying for ILR for our 2 children 8 and 4 year old(born outside uk) as I didnt applied for them with my application. They are on tier 2 dependant visas.
I have completed SET O form with them as main applicants. I will show my and my wifes ILR with their applications but not sure if I need emloyers letter , P60 and bank statement as supporting documents.?

Hello

I have ILR granted last year. I didn't included my minor children in my application and now applying separately for them. Both were born outside UK are on Tier 2 dependant visa which expires in Nov 17. Just to clarify

1. Which form should I use ? SET(O) with them as main applicant or SET(F)

2. What supporting docs I will need. Do I need my P60, employer letter, pay slips and bank statement which were all verified during my ILR application.
