1. Is there any days requirement for staying outside the country for both spouse and dependents ?

2. For ILR, spouse needs life in the U.K. And can you please mentioned the approved English test which are acceptable ?

No, there is no limit for PBS dependants

So even if the spouse and dependents apply for ILR on tier 1 Ent 5 years route. Still they won't have any limit for stay?
