Hi Seniors and Gurus

Apology in advance if this question was already discussed.
I am on ILR for more than one year through T1-G and now I have applied for citizenship, my wife first came in the UK in November 2012 as my PB dependent, and after that she got two extensions as my dependent. She was away from UK, 11 months in 2014, 9 months in 2015, and 5 months in 2016. Can she apply for ILR in November this year 2017?
Thanks in advance.

CR001 wrote:The rules for PBS dependents changed recently regarding absence. Any absence of 180 days or more in any 12 month period/cycle breaks continuity of residence

The rules for PBS dependents changed recently regarding absence. Any absence of 180 days or more in any 12 month period/cycle breaks continuity of residence

CR001 was right at the time. However, those changes that she mentions have been reverted again and your wife can apply for ILR (no absence limit for dependants)..
