Hi
The visa gov states to use Set M form for ILR of spouse on 2 year route. Is there any form for the 5 year route ILR Spouse or is it the same form?
Thanks
KG

Hello Again,
Just a quick clarification on the financial requirement for an ILR - 5 year route. The form suggests a few categories that could be used to meet financial requirements, I will be applying under category F or G (spouse is a director of a LTD company). From the list of documents to be submitted, my query is on the below points 1&2.
Query - As we haven't still filed tax returns for financial year (06.04.2016-05.04.2017) both for the company and personal, we will only be able to produce returns for 2 years prior to this or a year but will this be acceptable as we think the financial requirements demand most recent financial information like last financial year/current year until now that has been filed.
Points
1. Company Tax Return CT600 (a copy or print-out) for the last full financial year and evidence this has been filed with HMRC, such as electronic or written acknowledgment from HMRC. &
2. Personal bank statements covering the same 12-month period as the Company Tax Return CT600 showing that the salary as a director was paid into an account in the name of the person or in the name of the person and their partner jointly.
Many Thanks
KG
