ILR query please help

Hi
My Name is Somu i have query that is related to my work right. I had applied under Tier1G and it got refused relating to tax issues (when i received this decision i completed my 10 years) and i applied Admin rev which was refused again and within 14 days from AR decision date i applied for long residency premiere service at Birmingham that was refused with in country right of appeal based on human rights. I applied for appeal within 14 days and now my appeal is pending dont know how long it takes.. My Question is am i legally entitled to work??
