Hello All,

I am applying for ILR In July having worked in Tier 2 General Category for 5 years (and still have the job). I have read a lot of articles under www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/...

1. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... alreligion
2. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... indefinite
3. https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... -v15.0.pdf

Questions:
-------------
- Please can somebody confirm that below documents are good enough?
- Payslips and Bank Statements - what does most recent here equates to? 3 months, 1 year or do I have to provide statements for last 5 years?

Documents:
---------------
1. SET (O) form

2. Two identical passport-size photographs

3. Letter from the employer stating -
3a. that the company still requires the applicant for the employment in question for the foreseeable future
3b. the gross annual salary paid by the Sponsor and
3c. that this salary will be paid for the foreseeable future

4. Proof of absences - continuous period of 5 years
4a. A letter from the employer detailing the purpose and period of absences in connection with the employment, including periods of annual leave

5. **Most recent** payslip and bank statement dated within 30 days

6. Life in UK test

7. English language proof

Thank you in advance!

Kind Regards

It's for the last 3 months - and make sure the payslip figures and the salary deposit on your bank statement are exactly the same figures.

The rest looks good !
Hope you can help me with my questions here
