Tier 2 ICT LT Query

Hi,
Visa Summary:
Visa Type: Tier2 ICT Long Term
Visa Start Date: 06-Jan-2010
Above visa extended 4 times in UK (01-Feb-2012, 29-Jan-2014, 20-Jan-2016,Feb/2017)
Continuous stay in UK: 13/10/2013 to till date – 3 years 9 months
Total Stay in UK: (16/01/2010 to 12/10/2013 More than 180 stay in india) 15 months + (continuous) 3 years 9 month - 5 years
Am i eligible for ILR?
If yes, when?

What is your absence, by date/year?
Absence of 180 days or more in any 12 month period is a break in continuous residence.

Visa Date: 16/02/2010 (Tier 2 ICT LT)
2010 - less than 180 days
2011 - More than 180 days(outside UK)
2012 - More than 180 days(9utside UK)
2013 - More than 180 days(outside UK). staying from Oct-13 onwards
2014 - only 15 days (outside UK)
2015 - only 30 days (outside UK)
2016 - only 15 days (outside UK)
2017 - staying uk till date
When I will be eligible for ILR?

No. You'll be eligible for 10 years ILR in 2024.

"To qualify, you must have had at least one of these visas in the 5 years:
##Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) issued under the Immigration Rules in place before 6 April 2010"

I am sorry I thought you were asking regarding 10 years route. To qualify for 5 year ILR on Tier 2 ICT you'll be eligible in 2018 October.
