Tier1 entrepreneur extension to 10 years SET(LR)

me and my team mate both had applied Tier1 entrepreneur extension on apr 2017 with dependents (my wife and my team mate wife) by post on last day of our visa expire date, biometric done in May. Complex letter issued end of May.

online checked : awaiting decision
now I'm eligible for 10 years route in mid of august. (if in case , i wont get decision on that time), i would like to vary my application to SET(LR) and my wife visa want to vary to FLR(M) by post and later will upgrade to PCS.

1) Could anyone help me on documents list what i have to submit. (All of my original Docs at UKVI)
2) could anyone able to provide any samples of covering letters to vary applications for both

You said you have received complex circumstances letter from H.O and you have applied for Entrepreneur extension, I thought only Tier1 general applicants get that letter. What could possibly be complex in Entrepreneur extension application?? Have you provide all the required documents with your Extension application????

Any visa category application can get the complex letter, including spouse visa, PBS Dependent visa, ILR, PBS routes, Ancestry and even FLR(FP) etc. It is not unique to Tier 1 General.

i think , now a days every one is getting this kind of letters, bcz my friend (applied after me tier 1 ent extn) also got the same letter.

I submitted all related documents for extension.

hope you already have LIUK to vary your application to ilr.
Similarly, your wife will need A1 to vary her application for flrm.

my wife had a master's degree from one of the leading UK university.

I been contacted a solicitor regarding dependent visa (Which i was applied for T1 ent extension dependent along with me ).

He suggested to vary application only me to 10yr SET(LR), but not dependent to FLR(M). and request to HO to put on hold until I get ILR.
q1) Can i request UKVI to put on hold? (T1 entr extn dep with out varying)

my last year income from 2016-2017 is more than £18600, but not 2015-2016.
q2) For SET(LR) we need to show 2 years income is more than £18600?

solicitor suggests me once u get ILR, you can run your own payslip and vary the T1 entr extn dep applicatio to FLR (M).

q3) Can i do that way?
