Hi All,
I am a silent reader on this forum and seize this opportunity to appreciate and thank the moderators, gurus and senior members for their good work and support to all at no cost. I came to the UK on student visa in October 2007, no gap in my continuous residence to date. I am a postgraduate research student and current Tier 4 visa will expire in 2020. I will apply for the ILR in September 2017 using UKVI premium service, 28 days early to date of entry into the UK. My wife came to the UK as Tier 4 student dependant in 2010, children joined in 2013 and their current leave also expire in 2020. I have a UK born child in 2014 who does not hold any passport or visa at the moment. However, I have met all the requirement necessary to obtain ILR on the basis of 10 years long residence, Life in the UK test pass, UK degree to satisfy knowledge of language and less than 50 days absence from the UK to date. Please I need your advice on the following questions.
Q1. Do I need to complete the payment details page if applying by premium service?
Q2. How long will my Tier 4 dependant visas remain valid after my ILR?
Q3. If financial requirement is met and my wife apply for FLR (M), will her clock reset to zero and if so, will she qualify for ILR in 2020 or better to apply for FLR (FP)?
Q4. Can I process my child registration by myself or engage an expert?
Q5. What supporting documents require to support MN1 application?
Many thanks for your support.
Sir Murphy.

1. No. Fee is paid at the point of booking appointment online.
2. If not travelli g out of the UK, till expiry date.
3. Dependents clocks will reset regardless as soon as they switch. For FLR(M) 5 years residence on FLR(M) is required before applying for ILR. There is no shortcut.
4. Yourself, it isn't difficult to complete.
5. Read the form and guidance notes. Post citizenship questions in the citizenship sub forum please.

Hi Gurus,
If my wife apply for FLR (FP) after My ILR approval and registration of our UK born child as citizen:
Q1. Will her clock be reset to zero?
Q2. Will she qualify for ILR in 2020 after the approval of FLR (FP) application?
Many thanks for your understanding.
Kind Regards,
Sir Murphy.

Clock sets to zero as I ha e already stated for ILR based o 5 years residence.
All visa count t towards ILR long residence though.
FLR(FP) is not the easiest visa to get though.

Dear All,
I have booked premium service appointment for September 2017 about 26 days within 10 years long residence qualify period. I will like to know how soon my wife and two children can apply for FLR (M) application even though their Tier 4 dependent visa expire in 2020. Many thanks to the moderators and all the gurus for their contributions.
