Hello everyone,

I have be given residence permit for 5 years ( Refugee leave to remain ) which expires in September.
I have been told that I need to apply for indefinite leave to remain ( ILR ).
But, I'm not sure which form I need to fill in and how much would that would cost. I have been told that it is free. Can someone confirm that please ? Do I need to apply through a solicitor ?

Thanks so much for your time

Apply using form SET(P). You generally do not need a solicitor. It is free of charge

Hello,

We are applying for indefinite leave to remain. One of the documents that we need to attach with the application is 'Immigration status documents (ASL.2151, ASL.2152 or ASL.2150 )'

Can anyone please tell me what does that mean and where I can get it from ?

They are probably the documents showing your refugee leave to remain status.
