Hi All,
I applied for my ILR on the basis on 10 Year in 5 April 2017 as postal application .
biometrics done.
My employer asked me to Fast Track it due to Business meetings and i need to travel to Europe to attend meetings at least once a month from next month, they are happy to give me a letter confirming the reason of my travel.
Can you please advise.
What is the best possible way to fast track postal application?
Should i just write to case worker ?
or is there any other way as well for fast tracking postal application?
Kindly everyone reply , so i can make decision by next week.
Many Thanks
Mick

Hi there,
You have to request for an upgrade from postal to Premium.

https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... quest-form
However this might be refused by HO or the PSC appointments dates available might be long in future

Remember you'll still need Schengen visas for Europe according to your nationality.

Hi All,
Thank you for everyone reply.
On the Gov.UK website it says.
"Only the first 5 requests received each day between 8am and midday (Mondays to Thursdays only) are accepted.
You’ll get an email by 5pm the same day if you’ve been accepted."
Now my question
do they pick these 5 emails randomly or they check the emails and see whose request is genuine and really urgent?
If these emails are picked up like as lucky draw then it will be difficult to get lucky as many people will be applying for this service.
Secondly Should i send request to Case worker for premium upgrade as well with employer letter? incase the online option fail
BR
Mick

100's of people who have been waiting months for ILR try to get this upgrade EVERY day.
It is as it says, the first 5 emails received on a day are the ones selected. This still does not guarantee you will be successful in upgrading. Many members have been rejected numerous times.
