I am sorry if this is not the right place to post my question. It is just that I appreciate the answers that were given here and believe I will get help here.
I came to the U.K. in September 2007 and my wife and 2 year old daughter joined later in December same year. We continue to renew my student visa with them as my dependent until 2015 when we switched to private life based on our daughter being here for over 7 years. We were granted 2.5 years in January 2017. By September this year I will be in U.K. Lawfully for 10yrs . My questions is can we apply together as we have always done or do they have to wait till December. How also about our 7 year old son that was born here.
All comments and advice are appreciated in advance.

You cannot apply together as she will not have 10 years residence. She will have to apply in December when she qualifies.

UK born child can be registered as British once you are granted ILR.
