Hi All,

I'm about to apply for my ILR through 5 year tier 1 entrepreneur route.

1: Do I need to provide the company's annual accounts for this two extension years?

2: IF I provide the director loan as extra supporting document, can I still use the old one (dated 2 years ago), or do I need to produce a new one from the solicitor?

3: i have a traffic offence(passing red traffic light) about 7 years ago, been attend to the court and paid the penalty, do I need to mention it in the application form under criminal conviction section?

Kind regards

Henry

No you do not need to prove your investment again

If convicted in court, you need to declare it
