Hi Everyone

Its been great help with this forum solved my lots of issues in past.

Thanks everyone who helped me for my extension.

I have few queries regarding ILR requirements if anyone can please answer as you always do then It will be easy to manage things for ILR.

1. Do we need 2 full time employment for 12 months each again for ILR? can we still use European national people?
2. My ILR is due on march 2019, As I have two kids born in UK will be 3 year and 1.5 year on that time of ILR, Are they eligible for ILR with me?
3. Is my wife eligible for ILR as she will be completing her 4.5 years on time of application.
4. I have checked home office website £2297 fees of ILR per person? Is that correct.
5. Do we still need to pay NHS charges for ILR?
6. Do we still need to show director loan's letter as I have invested already 50k.
7. If anyone can share document list that would be appreciated.

I have been checking old posts but can't find clear answer.

If anyone can send me link for previous post where these issues has been discussed already.

Thanks.

Yes, to both. I assume you entered before April 2014, so you are still eligible for the transitional arrangements as far as the job creation is concerned.

They can apply for BC once you get your ILR

No, she needs to wait another 6 months.

You should check at the time of application - quite sure it will change by 2019
sskhalsa wrote:5. Do we still need to pay NHS charges for ILR?
No (at least as of today)
sskhalsa wrote:6. Do we still need to show director loan's letter as I have invested already 50k.
No, but the letter you submitted will still be valid anyway.

I had posted my application as an example - uk-tier-1-entrepreneur-visas/an-example ... 34487.html

Should give a good idea of documents needed.
