ILR with CCJ

Hi
I have got a problem which is stressing me out.
I live in shared house and always paid bills in full until last year October. A misunderstanding happened with water company with the account holder name. They wrote Mr instead of Miss and my name was spelt incorrectly. There were letters but my new housemate started sending them back.... long story sit I only discovered it last week that we owe them money. We immediately paid and cleared the account.
Received letter for cofirmation of full payment. The problem now is that I have a CCJ registered on 7th July (unfortunate) and I made payment the same day. I will apply for ILR next week and I am going to explain this in cover letter because we never received any letter from court and the water supplier has confirmed that all the letters were returned back. So, is it OK if I write and explain to UKBA? Do you think my ILR will be refused??
I am going to die with stress. We have never made this mistake and will not do in future too. But please guide me what else can I do here? The CCJ will change the status yo settled or removed after 30 days only. Please guide me :(

If you pay a CCJ in full within 30 days, CCJ will be removed altogether from the register.
