FLR (FP) to ILR?

Hi everyone,

I really apologise if this has been posted before, but I'm someone who really wants to stay in the UK and love it a lot and frankly I'm doing this on my own.

Bit of a backstory, I come from Hong Kong and I'm a British National (Oversea) [BN(O)] and came to the UK in 04/09/2003.

2 years ago 30/06/2015 (I applied for ILR and failed because I went home too much (1011 days to be precise)) but was granted, further leave to remain (Family & Private Life)FLR (FP).

Today is the 15/07/2017, and I've only left the country for a total of 10 days in that period. So I've been in the UK for 736 continuously. Logic dictates that I've cut down the 1011 days to 275 (well below the 540 days in total requirement under s276 a(v)

So my question is

1. Does the 10 year Long Residence count from the date of application ?
2. Is there anything in the Long Residence rules that prevents FLR (FP) to switch to ILR ?
3. (without relying on anyone here), would I be eligible for ILR on Long residence based on 10 years lawful residence ?

Really appreciate the help guys!

No

Yes if you were absent for less than 540 days in total in the last 10 years
