I NEED HELP ASAP

I am applying for the SET M form and have been told i need to apply + pay for the NTL form at the same time with the premium service online... it does not give me this option!!!!

Do I need to make two different appointments??

What is your current visa category you hold?

You can't apply for both at the same time, they are two very different things. Who told you this? Whoever it is, sounds confused.
