Hi Senior members

I have question of valid date after PEO service when it is successful.
I have booked for ILR application 29 AUG 2017 and I know BRP will be coming later within some days.

My wife will start her PhD course this September and she needs validation date before 1st of September to apply as a HomeFee student. I know it sounds very tight but I need to check and make a plan.

1) Once ILR application at PEO is successful, what will be confirmed? Validation date is written by any chance?

2) In ILR BRP, does validation date normally start from the day of successful application at PEO?

Please advise me which would be grateful.

As strange as it may sound, the approval letter by peo doesnt say anywhere that your ilr has been approved. It just gives details about brp etc.
I have seen both things happen about start date on brp. Date same as peo appointment date and later as well

So do you mean that ILR valid start date on BRP card is the same as the date of your PEO appointment? Sorry for asking this again but understand me to make sure that.
