ILR after 6 years Discretionary Leave to Remain

Hello,
I'm slightly confused about when to apply for ILR.
Background information;
I've been granted Discretionary Leave to Remain on 13/09/2011 for the initial period of 3 years expiring on 12/09/2014.
I subsequently applied for an extension on 17/08/2014 and was granted a further 3 years on 17/11/2014 valid until 16/11/2017.
Am I right to think that my 6 years qualifying period would mean that I can apply 28 days before 13/09/2017?
Also, can i apply using the same day service?
What documents do I need to take with me?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,

hello
I need help with my application for ILR
I was granted Discretionary Leave To Remain on the 16/8/11 for initial period expiring on 13/09/14 (after being refused asylum application)
I applied for extension and was grated further LEAVE on 10/09/14 valid UNTIL 16/4/18
my questions are
1.Do I have to pay for my ILR because the (HO)refunded me on my first application for further leave stating I go by the old rule which were made before july 2012
2. Do I qualify for premium service , coz my form FLR(DL) IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE PREMIUM BOOKING SITE
3.Do I need life in the UK test
Thank YOU IN ADVANCE

You should really start your own thread as this one is from last year.
But here is my understanding to your questions.
Out of curiosity you could have applied for ILR before or with in 28 days of the date 16/08/17 (
you are allowed to apply for ILR upto 28 days before completing 6 years DL counting from your initial grant of DLR) or anytime after it even now as you have completed your 6 years of DLR on 16/08/17, why didn't you?
1. There is no fee waiver policy in place for those applying for ILR. In other words.
'YES' you will have to pay for an application of ILR.
My understanding is, you may apply for ILR now as you have more than enough completed DLR 6 years requirements and you would also be avoiding the annual application fee increase in April if you did so.
2. No, PSC service is not available for those applying under the form FLR(DL).
There have been roughly 5-6 members who where granted ILR recently. They all had DL from a previously failed asylum application and all applied through the form SET(O) and used the premium service. You can do a search, you will get a detailed idea of what documents to submit. Again they all used the premium service which is available on form SET(O) and where all granted ILR.
3. No you do not need life in the UK test if you are applying for ILR from 6 years of DLR.
**NOTE**
Although there are no language requirements for those applying for ILR, when it comes to apply for naturalising as a British citizen, you will need the life in the UK and a B1 language certificates.
Hope this has helped somewhat.
