Statement of additional grounds

Hi,
I would appreciate if someone here can guide me as I am a bit confused.
We applied for my aunt with form set o for ILR after 6 years on discretionary leave.
We received the biometric letter about a week ago with statement of additional grounds letter but have not received any acknowledgement letter yet.
My questions are these:-
1- is it normal not to receive the acknowledgement letter?
2- could someone please tell me which address we need send the signed statement of additional grounds letter even though I am not sending any additional documents as I believe we've covered all grounds in our application. There is no address on that letter as to where we need to send this signed letter to?
