For applying ILR separately for spouse, can you please guide on form to be used and documents to be submitted?

Note: Main applicant has got the ILR applied earlier in the year.

Same sort of documents as required for extensions including proof of cohabitation.

Thanks. So does it mean Sponsor letter, payslips of main Tier2-G applicant are still required for dependent?

Also while filling Set-O, do I need to fill my details in 'main applicant', or Dependent's details in 'main applicant' section?

You don't need sponsor letter. Your spouse is dependent on you not your employer.

Spouse is main applicant not you.
