Hi All,

Mine is also similar case. I got ILR in last Dec, through Tier-2 (General) 5yrs route. Now I'm for my family ILR, who are currently on Tier-2 Dependent Visa (expiring on 26 Sep 2017).

1) Which SET I have to use O or M?
www.gov.uk web site is referring to use STE-O
https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk/y/y ... ier-5-visa

2) My wife is not working, what are the documents I need to attach with the application?
-I'm taking my 12 months salary slips
-Employment confirmation letter from my employer
- My bank statement
-Marriage certificate
-Children birth certificates
-2-Utility bills to support cohabitantance
-BRP cards (originals).

Anything else I'm missing in the list? I took premium service appoint.

Many Thanks for help!

1. Set(O) is the ONLY form she can use for ILR based on 5 years PBS Dependent.

2. Should be fine. You need more cohabitation documents though.
