How to claim JR cost after consent order gets sealed

Dear All
my consent order was sealed 7 weeks ago and I got ILR as well. my solicitor is not updating me about the cost claim. It was clearly mentioned in CO by GLD that reasonable cost will be awarded.
Please let me know how to claim the cost and how to find out whether solicitor is received the cost or not. Solicitor keeps on saying that she could not claim cost as she is busy and she has not received the invoice from counsel. As far as I am aware, solicitor will receive the cheque but it will on my name.
