Hi all,

Soon I will be crossing my 10 years in UK and apply for long residency ILR. Currently I am on tier 1 entrepreneur visa, exactly from 2 years and 4 months. My question is:
Do I need show business activities (investment of funds) and employment of 2 British citizens as a part of my ILR application or just my payslips for last 6 months along with documents required based on long residency rules. Please advise.

1) Complete the Application form.Set (LR)
2) 2 Passport size Photographs
3) All Passports you have held for 10 years.
4) BRP Card

I don't think so that will happen but just in case get them with you especially bank statements of your two accounts one of business account and one personal account . Reason behind I have suggested about bank statements is that , we have seen a case here where HO case worker asked for them two.

Hi,
Thank you for your help sir.
But I have a slight situation that I am running a company and doing contracts regularly and have payslips and accounts information all upto date, all company's tax is paid on time aswell, but when I got my Entrepreneur visa initially and due to the time limit I thought I won't be needing for an extension as I will cross my 10 years in U.K 6 months prior to expiry of the visa, I thought I won't have the need to show that I have employed someone. by me showing my companies account details will it cause me any issues. Please advise.
Many thanks,

You do NOT need to show employment. However they can ask you for access to the funds or whether you invested them. You need to have evidence of that I suggest.
