Hi,
Recently me and my wife got ILR. Due to financial constraints (Thanks to massive fees at present) I couldn't apply for my kids along with us. My kids are in Tier-2 dependent visa expiring in May,2018.

For my kids ILR application can some one please provide some guidance on following points?

1. Which form to use Set-O or Set-F
2. Is there any requirement for funds maintenance?
3. What supporting documents need to be provided (obvious ones I could think are passports, BRP cards of kids & parents, payslips, Bank statements, P60, proof of accommodation).

Many Thanks in Advance for the help,
Kumar

Hi everyone,

I have applied ILR for my son on basis of 10 year, He has completed 12 year and 6 month, I have question if main applicant has tax amendments, what impact will be on dependent application when they will apply on basis of 10 year ILR,

Your views will be highly appreciate,
Regards
Amjad
