Spouse ILR - Financial Requirements for contractors

Hi Members,

I am British settled person and by profession an IT Consultant. My wife is currently my dependant (on 5 yrs dependant visa route) and her ILR is due in Feb 2018
I have worked as permanent employee till July 2017 (Already withdrawn above £18600 through employment) and now moving into contracting through my own private ltd company and will be withdrawing combination of salary and dividends through the ltd company.

My question is as the company will be in its first year of trading and CT600 or audited accounts will not be available by the time I have to apply for my wife's ILR

Is there any clarity for what documents are required for meeting the financial requirement for anyone who's company returns are not available at the time of application (As company is still under its first year of trading)

Please share if someone has already experienced this and what documents/cover letter did you supply with application and what was the outcome?

Many Thanks

Any insight on my post? If anyone has experienced the similar situation and what they have done and what was the outcome?

Thanks
