Hi, I don't how to ask butt will try put my question as simple as possible.

My ILR is Due next year. My son Born in UK and He did't travel out side UK yet. He have no Dependent status because He don't need that as He born in UK. But he will be travelling out side UK after His successful Tier 1 Entr dependent application soon.

What I want to know is.
By the time of ILR application, will I be adding him as my dependent or I can skip his application
because he will be eligible for British Passportafter my ILR.

He DOES NOT need ILR to apply for registration as a British citizen on MN1 (different to the Passport), so yes, you can skip ILR for him.

will He be eligible for get British Passport straight away, after my ILR.
Once you get ILR, you can REGISTER him as British. Once registered, only then can he get a passport.

I have already stated that HE DOES NOT NEED ILR and you can skip ILR for him.
