Advise about gap in visa

Dear Sir/Madam.
I sopuse to get ILR i 2013. I gave my case to o solicitors but they closed down and my file was miss placed. I was not able to contact the person as i have only land line number. Fortunately i got my documents and passport after 1 year of expiry date. I applied again for ILR but got refused. Now i have applied on human rights ground as i have been in these country for 10 years and i have a daughter born here and she is 5 years now. Before i was doing good job and earning according to homs office requirements as i was on a HSMP vis. I just want to know what will be the outcome of my application. They even cancelled my driving liscense as my application is still panding. Can i get my liscence back?
