hi everyone,

One of my friend told me to use this forum, hope i will get reply.

I applied for PR after completing 5 years in Feb but they refused it in approx 5 months. No refusal reason relating to my EEA National. This is the first time I heard they UKVI rejected becaz i am doing 3 jobs and earning approx 2500GBP per month. My dad is from Germany and I was direct family member of EEA national.

Now i have 12 days left for appeal and many solicitors are saying to appeal and then apply for ILR LR. Because appeal process is very long and u will get quick decision for ILR LR.

My employer is saying you will not be able to work if you apply for ILR LR. I have read the thread I am sure I should not have a problem regarding this but my employer is so rude as he is saying he will not do ECS. As by law u r not legally allow to work if you apply for ILR LR during appeal.

All the respected moderators can anyone help me to approve that i can work please? THis is really frustrating situation? Should I only apply for appeal and wait for appeal for 2 or 3 years or 1 year? Or apply for ILR LR as every solicitor is saying apply for ILR LR.

Please help i am desperate...

Thank you for the reply CR001.

They are saying i am earning 2500gbp per month and dad is earning less so you are not dependent.

They haven't mentioned that I can't work, I presume I can work during appeal. But my employer is saying you can't work if you apply for ILR LR during the appeal. So i am really confuse what to do?

Not sure why you felt the need to register a new username, asking the same question again, when you have been given extensive advice by Obie in your other thread, usernam hrak1978. You have already been advised that SET(LR) will fail for the same reasons as your PR failed.
