How to request UKVI to expedite my ILR application

Hi,
I have made Set (LR) application at Croydon premium centre on 28th June. I was told that they need to make further enquiries and gave me a letter.
Now I want my passport next month as I have to travel. Is there any way I can ask UKVI to expedite my case.
I have seen some posts where some people made requests. Can you please tell me where can I make the request, by post, email or phone?

Not really. You need to wait to get your results back before any travel

There should be a way to contact and flag a case.
