Hi,
I came to UK October 2007, and I nearly finished 10 years.
Currently I am on tier 2 visa but it was revoked earlier this week, and I couldn't been a leading to find another job yet. I didn't receive any curtailment letter yet.

Would it be fine for my Ilr application on 10 year basis, I was never over stayed nor rejected. My current visa expires next July.

Yes, until the end of you stay date in your curtailment letter , which takes 4-5 months to get plus 60 days, your stay is legal in the UK. You can apply in person for ILR.

Yes as long as you have valid leave and your leave is not curtailed, however you need to ensure that you employment was terminated on the day or soon after the license was revoked to avoid the accusation of working illegally.
