Hi Moderator,
I have applied for ILR on 09th August 2017 and CW gave me a letter that they need more info from my current employer.
I have been with employer A since june 2012 FOR SALARY 36,000 and in March 2017 employer A is suspended.
In June I changed to employer B with SALARY 38,200. I have applied with July Pay slip and ILR Letter from Employer B and all the letters from new and old employers incl P45,P60's , Holiday break down letters from previous employer.
Employer B is contacted by Home office asking
when did I start
what is the reason for hiring me
my contract of employment
Employer B will send reply accordingly.
My Questions :
1. How long will it take ?
2. Will there be an inspection ?
3. How can I contact them for the progress ?
It would be really great if you could answer my questions.
Thanks in Advance.

Hi CR001,
Thank you all of you for keeping positive spirits all my journey.
This forum is really helpful and once again thanks to everyone!
The below is my ILR Journey
1) An application was submitted - Premium Appointment on 1st week of August and got a letter from case worker saying that it requires further checks. My heart was almost broken
2) 2nd-week of Oct - UKVI compliance check - An officer visited, interviewed all of us and carried out set of documents.
3) 4th-week of Oct - A positive feedback from UKVI with regards compliance check.
4) Awaiting - ILR to be approved
When can I expect a response from the HO ?

MP wrote to UKVi on 14 th Nov no response
My Father in law was ill and had a medical condition and my lawyer wrote to HO asking for an update on 22 Nov no response
Once again thanks to everyone I will update once I have Good News.

Hi Vivek,
Congrats for your visa.
I am in similar situation as you.
Just want to find out that do we get reply back from UKVI about visit in case it is positive.
I heard that we only get an update if there is an issue with the visit however if its positive we get approval of visa directly.
Awaiting your responce

Thank you Rishi,
After the audit the UKVI has to update your employer with some news positive or negative.
If it is more than 6 weeks and you are waiting for response about the audit , your employer can ask UKVI about it. This will not affect the decision.

I think he mentioned "Premium" so it means same-day-decision!
